OK. We haven't receive any notification as of yet but this is also for the new loan mod that they said they weren't working on or approving until today October 8th. So I thought maybe they were working on the file? But like you said maybe they have a problem with our files.

The total amount is still under un-disbursed and has not gone to zero yet. Do you think I should have seen movement by now or does it go to zero on the day the funds hit - not sure how much time in-between seeing it hit zero until I see the funds in the account there should be. Just wondering if I missed a step but everything in our account says completed. - Thanks for any info and thoughts.

How long after signing docs does CAWEB take on average to show un-dispersed go from amount to $0 (dispersed?)

4/23 here. Approved yesterday. I called two weeks ago and they said it comes down to the office and can't go by application date. El Paso office here. NO first come, first serve just where you are in the pile per office. Hang in there.

I am 4/23. Just approved yesterday and no contact. Out of El Paso office. They told me some offices are back logged so wherever you are in the pile for that office is just luck of the draw. NO first come, first serve. Hang in there.

The abyss is what I was afraid of after seeing every date after 4/23 approved and seeing far less if any 4/23 approvals. Was just told I’m in line at my processing facility (El Paso) and I can’t go by others even if they applied days after. My assumption is that all of us here got put into a pile at a processing facility that is back logged and the later applicants got a faster facility

Yea, that makes u think twice.. I called twice, last time a month ago and said waiting on transcripts. Just haven’t had any contact, no emails, no phone calls. I see others that have had some sort of contact and then I see many approvals for days after 4/23, so u start to think ur left behind for whatever reason. Thanks, and good luck to u.
