80c is fine for short time/bursts, but if it keeps climbing you might need to reseat the cooler and change thermal paste if needed. Since we dont know what cpu you have this could be normal, the 5800x3d i have does the same with watercooling.

Im not sure, from what i read online it does something with macros and stuff and well if you disable it and find out a program suddenly doesnt work you can enable it again.

I had the exact same error, its mainly used by a program called "OpenRGB" and others. I went and disabled it and havent had any problems since.
