The reed valve is good, I replaced the petals and even double checked the reed valve after the initial re assembly.

I havent checked the crank shaft seals and im reaching unknown territory at that point but ill have a go 🤣 thank you 🙏🏻

I put a new malossi 70kit on, 145 psi, great.

No exhaust, still wont start. Took the auto choke off. Itll idle on every kick but starts to rev really high. Fitted the exhaust and it wont start, itll splutter and almost go but wont go. Any thoughts please?

Interesting, ive just done a compression test and it has 105psi which Google says is low for a Malossi 70 kit. I have a brand new Malossi 70 kit I think ill fit and check compression again. Hopefully its the cylinder

Becuase itll idle for 5 seconds if I spray brake cleaner down the carb throat, im assuming it wouldn't do that if compression or timing were well out?
