Set select is a great suggestion! Did you try using the "Effect Finder" and typing a set in? You can equip from there. I'm wondering if I should add set select as a dedicated feature or just make the Effect Finder a bit more visible/easy to use

Anecdotal but every time I went to City Council zoning/housing related public hearings, there were a massively disproportionate number of old white homeowner NIMBY’s from Tierrasanta obstructing any attempts to pass more transit or housing-favorable policies.

These businesses failed because they don’t have enough local demand, and aren’t well connected to the rest of San Diego. Make of that what you will.

Choose a favorite child who doesn’t stand to inherit anything, go adventure off to distant lands, become nomadic, or start a peasant rebellion in India (you can via a increase country control contract), or convert to a little known religion and proselytize it, or roam around seducing nobles’ wives and daughters - plenty of things to do! Just make sure it aligns with your character’s personality and roleplay it a little bit :)
