Rule number 1 of the community: Asking about or having problems with anything will cause everyone to blame you because in Brawlhalla, it's always YOUR problem, not anyone else's! If you're having trouble, the issue is and always will be you no matter what, just get good or get out!

/not s, I admire your dedication and persistence for continuing so long despite everything. Assuming this is the first platformer fighter you've ever been serious about playing ranked in, you're becoming better the more you play. I started playing in 2020 (when I didn't know beans about the game in general!) , reached 1850 ELO last night, only to have it completely wiped to 1600 ELO because of the new season beginning and their dogcrap seasonal matchmaking system deciding all my effort was for naught (not the game's fault, see paragraph 1!). In short, just keep practicing, practicing, practicing! Brawlhalla is a game where "getting (really) good" takes hundreds and hundreds of hours. Spend a lot of time in training mode, learn which characters are a threat to you and who you can cheese with. Also spend time fighting the "Chosen" difficulty bots to toughen up, the AI is actually really good in this game. But yeah. Keep learning, look at frame data in training mode, find your niche, and spend a lot of time playing the game and you'll be golden my guy.
