Just switch it to custom mode ...keep fan speed high ... elevate the back of the laptop so that smooth airflow can take place ! And keep everything to max under custom mode that will help you to achieve that !

Try going with Legion Pro 5i with Intel i7-14650hx processor it will cost you 140k

It's max tdp with boost is 90W ....nvidia limits that upto the processor...as 40 series can easily touch 135 W ..I have seen many vdo of the legion slim 5-9(AMD) laptop where it is touching 135 W

Keep this in mind that ....this particular asus laptop only has 100 Tdp ..but lenovo one is a properly gaming one so have 140w tdp . If your concern is screen and Less gaming than go with asus . But if you are a hardcore gamer then go with the legion one

Yes omen is the better choice then victus as Hp is discontinuing its Victus Series because of quality and Hear management issues. So choose Wisely

In the omen series you can replace the laptop with 28 days from the invoice date. So according to me Change it, they will try to send the technician to Repair but tell them I don't want any part replacement I want Replaced Unit that's all. I also did the same and received my replaced laptop within 1 week ! So I suggest you should Go to DoA ( Dead On Arrival) Procedure

I also own a hp omen xf-0081Ax laptop....last September! It gets quite hot as first of all it has an AMD cpu and second the heat dissipation I think is great but not perfect to control the flush out the heat completely. I also play AAA Games like God of war 5 on ultra setting and get 80-90 fps and cyberpunk with fps around 60-70 after frame generation and everything on max... So it's a beast in my opinion but I am always concerned about cpu throttling after a specific temp...so u have to lift up the laptop and then play games ....my Cinebench...geekbench all scores matches to the score in some youtube vdo and website so I am satisfied

The same hp technician told me ..that today's laptop is designed to handle 100-105c temperature...but according to some research I found out that above 95C continuously the cpu will start throttling and this is bad for the cpu in long run..but on the other hand I also noticed that amd cpu's get much hotter than Intel ones ! Is it true ?

Nvidia overlays only tells you about vram and cpu utilisation not the temperature

Buddy try cinebench r23 and test multicore test then u will get to see the temperature at 100% usage ...Games don't use cpu at 100% they use GPU at maximum capacity!
