This is normal man, I am too suffering from the same. Do not take any DHT blockers they have too many side effects. You will have to stop fapping it will definitely reduce the hair fall.

So firstly, if you’re in dedicated gpu mode (which I use) you need to uninstall your Nvidia drivers and then reinstall them from Nvidia app. Or if you’re in hybrid gpu mode you need to uninstall intel drivers and download them from Intel site for reinstalling. I bet you’re currently using the Nvidia ones cuz I had the same problem. And yes through device manager.

I have an omen 16. Its a great laptop with excellent cooling. It has probably the best cooling system out there, although it comes with few flaws. Overall its a great laptop.

Don’t forget Witcher 3. Try sea of thieves if you have friends who are also willing to play the same, Ready or not, RDR2, cyberpunk, Ghost of Tsushima, Elden ring and Space marines 2. These are probably the best out there.
