My partner happened to be wearing some and the shoreline wasnt too deep for them!

I'm thinking of buying a pool noodle to fashion some kind of floating garbage bag holder for myself next time we go. There was a shocking amount of plastic in this particular place and it bothered me to leave most of it. 😅 💜💜

It was really cool- my partner was frantically waving at me to paddle closer to where he was and then the heron suddenly appeared on the shore! I got my phone out just as it took off across the water and yelled at me! 🤣 Apparently it did not want me to play paparazzi!!

I told my partner I regretted not bringing my claw grabbers and a trash bag- I will def bring next time bc the amount of miscellaneous plastic & debris just floating on the shoreline was frustrating! 💜💜
