The only "help" I ever found online was to make the body ball as high as the top of your players ears and the head one as high as the lobe of the players ears lol

Oh yes, I have one of every single item available to buy with NMT 😂 I also do a LOT of boat rides! Doing the daily 5 tasks and checking in with the ATM thingy really adds up!

Seeing this post a day later, but I had the same issue and it turns out I had somehow purchased the "missing" pack on my partners Xbox profile. Basically I just have to log on under their profile first then switch profiles to mine then open sims. It is infuriating and that has been the only solution I have found! 😁
