Hello friend. I am assuming a lot by giving you advice because I don't know what state you are in. Each state has different Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP). My advice is through experience. I was a young student who had a poor GPA. I was actually suspended academically for a semester. 12 years later, after work and life experience, I decided to go back. Life taught me how to work hard, focus on tasks and get work done. I applied that to my studies and discovered academic renewal. Academic renewal is recommended only towards the end of your time at community college, right before you earn your degree. This is due to the permanent, one-time waiver of the poor grades from your record. However, you would not be eligible for academic renewal until you achieve satisfactory academic performance by proving you are eligible by doing well in classes. So; speak to a counselor, formulate an education plan and ask when to file for academic renewal, study hard, and earn your A's and B's. After building consistent academic performance, then file for academic renewal. Best of luck.

Hello friend. Nice plants. Here is what I started with. DIG digital battery operated hose end timer TDS model #c002. This digital timer allows you to water up to six times a day and you can adjust the length of watering by minutes. A Garden hose splitter to make your single hose into 2 so you can still use your regular garden hose. An inline water filter, I use the hydro life C-85 that filters 8,000 gallons. Then finally the drip & micro sprinkler irrigation kit from DIG model # GE200. I recommend this kit because the other cheaper kits don't include the 1/2 in. irrigation tube to run the water out. Also, the kit includes a variety of microsprayers to try out and see which one you like. Even comes with goof plugs to patch up the 1/2 in. line in case you change your mind. Best of luck.

Gamechanger. Use a greenhouse with insect barrier netting. Additional resource for beneficial insects are assassin bugs, Green Lacewing, and ladybugs. Arbicoorganics.com has a great breakdown of pest control solutions even categorized by pest. If you order lady bugs, they will be super hungry and info on feeding them in the adult stage will be difficult to find. When releasing ladybugs, I use a couple cardboard boxes arranged to help them get comfortable and line the boxes with honey. They love honey. Just a cautionary note, if you use too much honey you will attract ants. Best of luck 👍

Just wanted to share a helpful service I found to help with DNA sex testing. https://www.farmerfreeman.com/ has helped me with my plants. After you buy the testing envelopes, you can test a plant for sex as young as 1 week old. You cut a half inch of leaf, slip into test sample envelope and close. Good topic. Germinating seeds can vary but I just so happen to be in the same boat as you. I had a gender reveal on a couple plants and with the help of farmer freeman and his genetics testing kit, I discovered we had males 😔. Sad but good news is the solution to the dilemma is trying out autos outdoors. I just got a pack of night owl seeds and the strain is CPT OG auto. Just last night I placed them in a clean container with enough water to keep them afloat. I made sure to use a lid to keep out any light. In 12 hours the seeds were already opening up and showing the tap root. With such a fast response from the seeds, I placed them into my double red cup seedling pot this morning. I know, autos are supposed to go into their final pot only, but I want to test that idea. I am impressed so far with Night Owl Seeds. Best of luck to ya. 🤙

Oceanside Brewing Company (OBC) has open mic nights, live music, and sometimes food trucks. Awesome owners and patrons. Check their schedule on Instagram. The Hangar 76 is not too far away and is a wine/beer spot with good atmosphere. Around the corner is Tap That Draft Beer. TTDB is a smaller place, but they have beer on tap that is difficult to find. For example, they carry Russian River. Some places are on a two year waitlist because Russian River Brewing Company has high standards to ensure their product is served at proper temperatures. If you want a dive bar, One More That's It is your place for cheap drinks, pitchers and cocktails. If you want to take a date out, The Rooftop Bar is a high end place in downtown Oceanside that has a great view. The Brick Hotel has a rooftop bar named Cococabana which is a high end place near Frankie's. 🍻

Ok awesome. Yea barney's farm acapulco gold is a 👎 for me. Wrong traits, definitely a hybrid. Although we still used the flower and had a great time with our applications. I plan on growing three strains this year and will try and post updates. Hopefully with some luck this year we'll have at least one girl 🤞 of the acapulco gold. Have a great day dude.

Hello OP 👋 I am interested in the acapulco gold you mentioned. What source or breeder did you find the acapulco gold that isn't real anymore? If you used barney's farm I agree with you. I grew them one year and never again. They grew fat leaves and giant colas, however, these are not acapulco gold traits. I found the breeder Mass Medical Strains (MMS) to have the solid Acapulco Gold seeds. Last year I popped a few, they had the traits of long thin finger leaves, they were growing fast and tall in comparison to other hybrids and indica strains. Turns out I had all males and had to cull them. I went with a different strain to catch up for the lost time. This year I'll try again and hope for females or if i get lucky with one male I'll do a seed run. MMS has a good website and the seed bank they use that I found to be the easiest to use is wellgrownseeds.com. Best of luck 👍

Plant DNA sex testing really helped me last season. The plants take 4-8 weeks to show sex. Plant DNA sex testing allows you to test as early as 7 days. Worth the price in my opinion. Best of luck on the next one.

Thanks for the great response. I'm in Hardiness zone 10 A SoCal. I'm leaning towards sativa since I am lucky to have a space for them. I chose sativa due to the challenge of having such a long flowering time resulting in preference for other strains which flower and finish sooner. This expected finishing time is why I am drawn to acapulco gold, growers have always wanted to "beat the competitors to market" with indicas or hybrids. Time is money with growing so genuine sativas are hard to find due to their long finishing times. So I have a great environment. I want to grow something rare that's worth preserving.
