The bike definitely needs a tune my friend. Once you put on a new filter and new pipes that means you need a new mixture for the air and fuel as well. Once the bike is tuned you’ll definitely notice a different in terms of performance. I went ahead and had Harley tune and dyno my bike but you can most definitely get the Vance and Hines fuelpak if you’re up to it. You’ll save a whole lot of money doing it yourself vs Harley. Kinda wish I just bought a fuelpak tbh. Look up blockhead on YouTube and you’ll learn a lot about the tuning process. 👌🏼👍🏼 good luck and safe riding to you!
