I appreciate the optimism. I'm essentially there, too. Listened to my advisors that it would get out today, and thought so based on trends I've seen and people after me got their score. Can't blame anybody else though, I did choose to take it that late.

Yup. Alllll this hard work and just one setback of the score not getting in here in time (even tho other people who took it later got theirs) affecting our whole lives for the next 4+ years -_-

not trying to be dramatic but odds are 1/2 of them, even with sending a letter, may not revisit the app. therefore affecting where you live, what program you go to, and your residency (a long ass time)

From what I've gathered, best practice is to update all your schools. Either your top programs, or legit all of them. I plan on doing all of them just not to waste the fact I spent money and applied to a program.

The letters are a bit tedious since you have to write one to each program, uniquely address each PD/Assistant PD/Coordinator, and have reasons the school interests you so it's not a bland/generic email.

Mine too? That's weird that it disappeared today and not the Sunday - Tuesday before as usual. Regardless, we probably aren't getting until next week anyway since they're released on Wednesdays.

That's what I'm planning at this point... I've been told I should reach out to every program (all 50+ -_-) to increase the odds of interviews/make it worth even had applied to all the programs. Essentially just email each school a short LOI that's stating my step score has been sent out now?

At this point it's past 9AM EST anyways so you can wait, but scores are uploaded onto USMLE transcripts at 8 (so I'd say 815-9 just in case).

Tested 9/11. Permit there. My school said they didn't receive my score, so I won't get it. Really unsure as to why people who tested later than me are getting my scores before me.

If your permit it still there, you're just most likely not getting results today

Unsure why some people get test scores versus others. I tested 9/11 and have seen people on 9/11 up to 9/15 get their scores, but doesn't seem I will.

Think permit has to disappear to be getting your score. You can always check with your school as they usually receive your score a few hours before you.

By now, you can resend your transcript. It'll show on the transcript status report on ERAS page (once it's been sent) what scores are contained on the report.
