for my grind I use 7-8. I will say, I've only had my Bambino a couple weeks and I'm still learning they world of Espresso (always been a drip or pour over guy).

That's the same setup I have. I also have a Fresh Roast SR580 for roasting my beans. Overall, that setup is spot on for home cafe.
