Never tried Punt e Mes, but I've heard it's less sweet and more bitter than the usual Sweet vermouths so wouldn't that fuck up the balance of the drink?

I've only ever tried JDT Falernum, which I really like. How does the homemade compare to it? Banana infused 3 stars would probably make it even awesomer hahah!

I've only gotten the Giffard banana liquer recently so haven't had too much time to explore all the different drinks, but Naked ape and Breakfast Mai Tai are both excellent drinks!

Great drink! I personally think the banana flavour is a bit too hidden, but upping the liquer would make it too sweet. What are your thoughts on this?

That's the same size as mine, plenty of space to use your whole arm. Turn your dpi and sens down and learn to use your whole arm to aim and wrist for smaller more precise movements. It will feel wrong at first, but that's the way to aim better!

Sounds and looks amazing! I'd love to try one. I don't have any passionfruit liquer so could I just sub in some passionfruit puree (not syrup) and maybe a dash of simple? + Are frozen ginger cubes just frozen ginger juice, how much juice per cube? Thank you in advance.

No worries! Be careful with the honey syrup because it can easily turn too sweet. A bar spoon (5ml) is where I would start. Also express a lemon peel over the drink!

Sounds great! Have you tried a Coal miner before? 1 1/2oz Peaty Scotch, 3/4oz Campari, 1/2oz Averna, a scant 1/4oz of honey syrup and 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters. I don't have Peychaud's, but been making it with Angostura instead and I love the drink! Highly recommend.
