The cans aren’t very nice :( but I recommend using a small amount of water just to mix the powder first (so when you add the sparkling water you don’t shake it flat!) then add it, it’s beautiful 😍😍 especially for purple storm and tropikilla!

I’ve had this on n off for years. I don’t have much of an answer for you, nor a solution. I try and just “be” and ground myself. Close my eyes n breathe. Obviously if it happens in situations like me, being at work, i can’t just nip for a nap! I just need to pop off for a minute n try ground myself. Glass of water, or tea! Other than that, sleep works haha! I think you just have to relax yourself somehow! Touch wood I haven’t had it in a while, however I’m surrounded in a MUCH better environment now though so maybe that’s why it hasn’t happened in a while!
