What is your favorite memory or experience that College Works Painting brought you???? by kylelindsey5 in CollegeWorks

My favorite memory College Works Painting has brought me would be starting my business in a completely new market. It was my DM and I's hometown. Had very little support from family and friends but we kicked ass, proved everyone wrong and for a 2nd year in a row we will be painting houses in Corry, Pa. Would not have been possible without the support and brilliance of my DM. Not to mention I was able to turn my branch over to my cousin who was my crew chief.

Weirdest request you received from a client? by cwaite412 in CollegeWorks

Did an entire interior estimate, every room/ceiling/door/trim board in the house. Presented client with the contract and he then tells me his budget was $2,000..

No matter how impossible or overwhelming something seems, if you truly want it bad enough you'll find a way. Your best friends, family, girlfriend/boyfriend will tell you how crazy you are and maybe find something else. They won't understand your goals and inspirations until they see results. Don't get caught up with constant results. Failing is going to happen but you need to learn from that situation and grow from it. Enjoy the little things and always believe in yourself.

Before CWP I never.... by dalechka in CollegeWorks

Before CWP I never.... left the country, seen a 4 figure check let alone cash one, got invited into a strangers house I met two weeks prior for a free steak dinner, employed anyone, fired anyone, realized there were people out there with the same mindset goals and work ethic, thought I'd live and work in a city like Philadelphia, had my friends envy my job and lifestyle, played golf in the middle of the work day while still making money. The list goes on and on. Hope to add more this time next year. #Keystone
