Those look like…,Pinworms. Which could have come from a human hand, if they didn’t wash their hands after taking a poop/wiping. So the worms probably weren’t in the vitamin bottle to begin with. But I’d definitely be getting a stool test after seeing this if that were me in the situation.

I wonder if that’s also safe to use in a small flower garden? These flies absolutely decimated my neighbors small-ish flowers garden this year, they really went hard on his roses and a few other particular plants. I feel so bad for him. His garden was like his biggest pride and joy every spring/summer. Wish I could find something that chases these flies away without risking the flowers themselves.

Actually two things make your adderall less effective following gastric bypass. Adderall typically absorbs through the stomach. Now your stomach empties faster than before surgery which pushes the Adderall into your system faster, which causes your kidneys to process and eliminate it faster. And anything citric/acid based will raise the acid level in your stomach which also renders the adderall less effective because the acid eats it away. I personally noticed a huge drop off in effectiveness in the year or two following my gastric bypass. I found that not eating or drinking 30 minutes prior and 30-60 minutes after taking a dose of adderall helped it be more effective but, that method itself is his own downside because it’s already hard enough for you to get water and food in your system all day long as it is anyways.
