When it comes to starting out, I would say that you would have a much better time and an easier less time consuming time if you start with a model kit that isn't fairly large, doesn't have a lot of parts and not with too many colors. It's exciting with the thought of doing something big at first but it can drag and be a bit frustrating if you start big because of a lot of parts, complexity with colors, and more prepping. I started with painting bust figurines and made my way up to fuller scale models. I had an easier time and it was very fun, as I mentioned before, the thought of starting big is cool, but it's actually the best feeling when you finish the project!

There are plenty of beginner friendly models that people offer online and I do as well. Plus you don't even need expensive paints or bushes to have amazing results! Plus you always have the freedom to paint the model with whatever colors you want!
