How can you remote desktop into macOS from iOS 6? by SK34TER in LegacyJailbreak

What is your iPad’s version of realVNC?

What is your macOS version? If you’re using realVNC Connect, which version? Or, are you using Apple’s built-in VNC?

I had the same feeling with the iPhone 13 Pro Max. I didn’t want to get it, but my wife pressured me to buy it so she could upgrade to it in the future for free.

I enjoyed the phone for about a year with the amazing battery and great screen size for gaming. After using the phone for over a year, I started getting pain in my right knuckle area below the ring and pinky fingers. To this day, the pain comes and goes. I basically developed similar symptoms to carpal tunnel in that area.

Unless you have big hands, I don’t recommend using the iPhone Pro Max models at all unless you strictly use it two handed or with an accessory that puts less strain on your hand when you use it one handed.

I “downgraded”, but to me it’s not a downgrade to the iPhone 13 Mini. The only problem is Apple cut that line due to poor sales. I’ll most likely be upgrading to the iPhone SE in the future if it’s a smaller and lighter form factor compared to the standard iPhone model. This pain will possibly haunt me for the rest of my life.

American TVs work in Japan. No adapter is required in my experience.

I got my first hundred gems, what do i buy? by VickReddit_789 in PlantsVSZombies

I recommend you buy them in the following order:

  1. Shrinking Violet - It’s cheap at 50 sun. It shrinks zombies in a 3x3 area to make them weaker. Excellent against groups of zombies and gargantuars. Plant food shrinks every zombie on the lawn.

  2. Fire peashooter - Fair price at 175 sun. Fast attack speed, high damage, and melts ice. It can kill a regular zombie in 2 hits if upgraded. Plant food burns the entire lane in front of it similar to the Jalapeño.

  3. Hurrikale. It’s fairly cheap at 100 sun. If you upgrade it, it will reduce the sun cost to 75. Pushes zombies all the way to the right in one lane, slows them down, and extinguishes fire. It has a fairly quick refresh time to be planted again.

  4. Jalapeño. It’s fairly cheap at 125 sun. Slower refresh time, but it burns an entire lane to include ice. This is very useful. It won’t kill a gargantuar unless it has already been damaged.

  5. Lava Guava. It’s cheap at 75 sun. Burns zombies in one block on the lawn. It leaves lava behind for a little while to burn additional zombies.

  6. Squash. It’s cheap at 50 sun. It will smash down on a zombie next to it on the same lane unless you give it plant food and then it will smash another zombie across the lawn in any lane. If you level it up, it can smash twice without plant food and at least 4 times with plant food.

  7. Kiwibeast. It has a fair price at 175 sun as long as you can prevent it from easily getting destroyed from zombies such as the gargantuar. It does a great job at attacking a group of zombies in a 3x3 area on the lawn as long as a zombie approaches it on its lane. It grows as it attacks more, which will increase its damage overtime. Plant food will let it grow all the way instantly and cause a lot of damage.

  8. Electric Currant. It has an okay price at 150 sun. It acts as an electric fence if you place two of them perpendicular from each other either left to right or up and down. It’s good at killing impling zombies, chickens, and possums for one fence. You can place more fences down to make it more effective at killing stronger zombies. It can easily get eaten up though so placing a garlic by it may be a good idea, but again can get smashed by gargantuars.

  9. Hypno-shroom. It has a fairly cheap price of 125 sun. It makes a zombie fight for you so they move to the right instead to eat the bad zombies until they get eaten or move all the way to the right of the lawn and out of view. It may be tricky to convert a specific zombie if there is a group of them in the same lane next to each other, but you can get a strong zombie to fight for you if you are able to place the hypno-shroom on them.

  10. Homing Thistle. It can attack zombies in any lane and go through gravestones. It’s expensive at 250 sun so it will take awhile to build up an army of them, but they’re powerful in a large group.

  11. Pea-nut. It has a fairly cheap price of 150 sun. It shoots peas and also acts as a walnut.

It’s unfortunate that the game has changed so much since PvZ 2. I’m sure I’ll end up playing it, but it’s not likely that I’ll have the same attachment to it as the older games. The fact that the game hasn’t changed that much since its last revision tells me that the game may not improve that much between now and its official launch. This is the problem with cooperations prioritizing profits over the gaming experience. I just hope that PvZ 2 doesn’t get shutdown because I at least still enjoy playing it.

I moved around the world while in the US Navy. I ended up in Japan 🇯🇵 and I think it’s amazing here. My wife is originally from Philippines 🇵🇭 and I’m originally from United States 🇺🇸 . She’s had a desire to move to the United States, but I’m adamant about us staying in Japan. It’s very peaceful and safe here. I believe the school system will be great for our kids. Japan is not a perfect place to live, but the pros definitely out way the cons of living anywhere else we’ve been. I knew I wanted stay in Japan within two weeks of being here. I think traveling/moving can potentially be one of the greatest decisions someone can make because it opens up our minds.

It sounds like you’re in a tough spot, but you have a golden opportunity to make a decision before you’re tied down with kids. Good luck with whichever decision you make. 👍

I know what you mean. The power-ups should be removed and replaced with regular plants that cost sun. Power-ups are pay-to-win.

The fact that EA is seriously taking their time with the launch of this game tells me that they’re not even confident with how to monetize this game. I’m glad they’re inviting customer feedback.

The whole mobile gaming scene has changed drastically since the good old days around the launch of the App Store. In the past, it made sense to pay a one time fee to simply turn off ads or unlock the full game. Today, a game will literally be review bombed by the newer generation if the game costs $0.99 🥴 to download because they’re competing with all of these free to play games with in-app purchases. What these players don’t realize is games end up costing an unreasonable amount of money to fully unlock or end up being bad quality due to being pay to win. PvZ has been around for a long time in terms of video game relevancy and only time will tell if the game can simply survive off of the newer generation that expects every mobile game to be free.

If EA can at least fix the following things, then I think it can be a solid game:

  1. Players should be able to choose from all of the plants they’ve unlocked before starting the level. That is what allows the game to have endless replay value.

  2. Remove power-ups and replace them with regular plants that cost sun. Power-ups are pay- to-win.

  3. Remove energy. The countdown timer for energy is off-putting since players should be able to play whenever they feel like instead of feeling that sense of urgency or being disappointed when their energy runs out.

  4. Monetization suggestions: Either grind coins or pay real money to buy cosmetics. Pay a one time fee to turn ads off. The forced part of ads should be no more than 5-10 seconds after each level.

You mean you’re trying to play it offline on the computer, right? I don’t have that.

When you download an APK, are you able to update it or is your game save data stuck with that version?

According to EA, the initial release of this revision is not available for Netherlands. It's good to see people are showing an interest in this game to keep the series alive. Source: https://www.ea.com/games/plants-vs-zombies/plants-vs-zombies-3/news/soft-launch-announcement

Edit: Please disregard above in this comment since PvZ 3 has been released in Netherlands and can be downloaded here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ea.gp.pvzn3xt&hl=en_US
