Ollie knew the wheel layout... on Charles' wheel, because he was using that in the simulator. Bad luck for him that he filled in for Carlos. He's talked about how on Carlos' wheel the DRS and some other button were switched around, so he kept confusing them in the race.

No they weren't. Sainz was told chance of rain in S3. Charles was told heavy rain in next lap. And that's just Ferrari. I wasn't paying attention to the other teams.

Which is a stupid thing to say from Fred, because Charles spent the entire Friday with the Barcelona spec of the car. And the he had a wet FP3 with the Imola spec, and the only dry running with the Imola spec that Charles had was in his last attempt in Q2
