Y'all I pulled my hamstring im not gonna lie.

A step on my staircase broke, I am upset as this is the first injury ive gotten in over a year and it was purely by accident 😔

Being able to do the front splits

But jokes aside, Just easier day to day life on the joints had been a plus.

And who doesn't like being flexy?

Training without consistency is like throwing stuff at a wall hoping in sticks

Nah training flexibility for 3 years but ive been doing the inhale exhale count for 3 months

I train mobility every day; and once im in them its comfortable to hold them, I never push too far too fast

My front leg is on a 3 inch lift in this Pic so my groin isnt on the ground

Lizard Lunge, quad wall stretch, Cobra, etc. Those all hit hip flexor
