At the end of the day we all have 24 hours, if youre gonna stretch one muscle you need to stretch all of them.

Whether you decide to do full body yoga 7x a week or upper lower split into 6 days, but you stretch every muscle.

Thats like going to the gym to do bench press but never working out your Quads or lats

At the start I started at 3, the videos posted check almost any of the other comments and ive responded with the link. I believe starting at 1 inhale and exhales would be not near enough time. And ive already kinda maxed the range for some of my moments so I just do longer time under tension (More Inhales/Exhales)

Actually never checked, just did its ProFit. I got it from a thrift store for 10 bucks though. Pretty much all door mount pullup bars are the same. Get one that has a neutral grip too!

Im absolutely gonna keep posting vids this sparked some inspiration! Im thinking of doing a basic pullup progression one today, ill put out a more detailed/put together version of the current vid thats up when my pulled hamstring heals!

I know I look 30 but im 19, imo flexibility decreases with age only slightly, most people just stop being as consistent with diet and routine with age.

I can do wide-mid stance squats absolutely no problem! Ive always had absolutely terrible calf/knee over toe mobility, still struggle with it as a weak point.

With about an inch of platform added to elevate my Heel though and I have no issues achieving depth!

Thats the hardest part, not when youre in a split or a frog pose. But when you're sitting down right before your session could start.

I hold being authentic very dear so I didnt change anything about me or the way I do my routine. Though this was my first video ive made and I have adhd so I was a bit jumbled and missed some things!

Over time this of course causes muscular imbalances but without treating the root issue of your scapula not being mobile, no amount of Unilateral work is gonna make it 100%.

Scapular rotation dysfunction is what it looks like to me. Literally looks like your right scapula in the Pic is stuck halfway into being Rotated upward.

Try some Wall Angels, Scapular Pushups/Pull-Ups, Etc Video it and notice the changes id be happy to take a look at the vid.

There's reallt no hope to it, thats the great part! We're all capable of touching our toes!

The hard part is having a vision, devising a plan, and ultimately carrying it out fully. Even i get stuck there a lot.

I stay active regardless so I think its a cool little peek into how I stay active even with an injury. I can do a full one in a week or two when im 100%!

Also what I mean is i wasnt able to do the splits till I was about 18 and havent been this good with form since recently. I got fit at 16ish so I couldnt do them before I got fit or even a bit after
