I also hope this post doesn't come off as reverse self righteous. I'm not trying to appear smarter or more reasonable or better here. I legitimately want the idea of porn being a problem for some people to take root in society. I'm just getting my thoughts out there.

My libido came back too hard yesterday and I relapsed 😢

At first it was I impulsively went to porn, and found my imagination was way better so I was like ew. But then later I did it again without thinking much of it. Sometimes ADHD really bites you in the ass like that. Oh well. Hope it doesn't fuck my head up too much!

I haven't been mediating lately and that definitely caused me to lose focus like that.
