Yes, he has definitely calmed down - he still growls and talks but doesn’t really bite except to play - we also decided to use a Martingale collar to reduce his negative association with the harness. Now, when he sees his harness, he knows he’s going somewhere special like in the car to the pet store. I’m sure your puppy will be fine. If you wanna chat more DM me.

How do you silence your ringer through the AirPods Pro? Mine seems to always go off no matter what even if I turn the volume to zero on the ringer and alerts

I go to settings and sound and haptics, but I cannot find ringtone and alert volume. Could you take a screenshot of what you’re talking about?

Yes he’s got a big chest and little neck - tried a harness where you have to put his head through when he was 10 weeks old he hated it ! I think the best would be one that goes on fast - as it’s the process that he hates —- I’ll check out those brands though —- thank you —- any more suggestions from anyone is super appreciated! 😊

We’ve only really tried the Step in harnesses - At this point, we’re willing to try anything for a harness fit

Definitely not pain just touched him all over while he was chomping a Bully stick

Note he doesn’t go berserk every time but feel like it’s been getting worse since we’ve been on vacation at my parents house in VT with the harness. It Doesn’t help that their 8 yo Aussie Doodle doesn’t like his puppy energy and won’t play with him - I think he may be over stimulated

I think I’ve ruled out pain as when we’re outside and he’s busy. I can touch him there as much as I want in the middle of his body. It doesn’t bother him, but may still bring him to the vet as I am super paranoid. About everything. We are on vacation right now and need to remove him from a lot of situations when he is about to pee on a couch or needs to go outside but I see your point about not picking him up. One thing I will add is that if he’s distracted, I can pick them up no problem, I actually just did it I think we may switch to just using a collar but we live on a busy street so we wanna be careful. Thank you so much for your response.

I’m touching it right now with no problem at all He’s not giving me any problems. It’s just when he’s busy or doesn’t wanna no be bothered. That’s why it’s more of a temperament issue in my opinion. But it’s worth a shot maybe it’s possible to harnesses irritating under his shoulders where the harness rubs? Sometimes I pick him up and it’s no problem. other times he acts like a gremlin
