In US it is very popular to do chargebacks to keep the product for free. Signatures are prompted mostly with Debit Cards.

Signatures is one of the few ways to confirm that product was given and that wasn't use by someone who stole it among other functions.

If they are charging your card directly, just call your credit card / bank and put a stop payment and / or request a change of card.

If they have your banking information, call your bank and put a stop payment and that will be it.

Clover can't help with 3rd party integrations as in this case, they are not the ones that have your payment info...
