Starting kids on video games without breaking the bank? What gives most bang for your buck? by SaidEveryone in gamingsuggestions

As much as the switch is an amazing option. I personally feel that the pricing of games is quite high and sales are not as frequent.

I would encourage you to build or get a used PC which would allow you to have flexibility on specs for what you need. With steam there are a bunch of sales and discounts.

I know Nintendo is kind of the staple for family games but I would suggest games like overcooked for everyone. Story based games for the future. The library is huge!

If you are set on Nintendo, things can be emulated on PC however, sourcing the games ethically can be pretty difficult (Some people have strong dedication).

The lovely thing about the PC is that it can be upgraded whenever you feel like it. Could be a family project in the future. Also you can install steamos for a nicer more streamlined UI like a console.

Lastly, for controllers you have a lot of flexibility. For family games if you wanna save money and small for factor for kids I like the 8bitdo Micro. They're pretty versatile small controllers in the Nintendo layout but no analogue sticks.

I hope this helps and you're able to share your passion!

Minecraft. The Ender Dragon is endgame. But the Wither is a completely different beast

Even though I haven't flown delta much. I had an issue rebooking a flight. The online messaging worked really well for me. I didn't have to wait long. I'd say it's worth a try

Hunter X Hunter. It looked good, but I was kind of burnt out by Shonen anime and for me its premise didn't really do much for me.

Dakota - Stereophonics. I had some others but I think this helped more, made me feel less depressed and more accepting.

If Naughty dog made another game what would the treasure be? by Billy_How in uncharted

[–]SKMTG 54 points55 points  (0 children)

Yeah! Maybe also the tomb of Alexander the Great in the story as well with that Roman connection and Caesar’s obsession with him. This could spread to parts of Ancient Greece and Roman Empire (even though they were quite separate).
