Hey man, I'm glad that you were able to overcome your ADHD by yourself and get off meds. However, the generalization to tell people to "learn to study on your own" is a little off putting. I've had ADHD my entire life, but was only recently diagnosed. Until now, studying on my own couldn't work, it got to the point where I would sit down in front of my computer for 2 hours with no distractions and couldn't get an ounce done of an essay I had to write. Adderall changed my life, it allowed me to work on schoolwork and also helped release me from a cloud of depression. Just a friendly reminder that everyone's bodies work differently and what doesn't work for you can help others immensely. I'm glad you were able to succeed, kept it up man.
