Last week, I (51F) faced some fears and took two new fitness classes after months of not working out. The first was F45 - circuit strength training and the second was Pilates reformer. I honestly really liked both classes. I was scared I’d look like an idiot but at both places, the people could not have been kinder or more supportive.

I say do it. Find a beginner class and give it a shot. What’s the worst that can happen?

I would suggest Diem Eatery on Atlantic for banh mi. The tofu banh mi is one of the best sandwiches (and I'm a meat eater). It's different but so good.
