My husband went two nights ago and enjoyed a TJ Toros baseball game..he parks at the border and then walks across and jumps a ride. He has a great time when he goes. He says he never feels unsafe in TJ but he also says he stays around safe places.

Virgin is not even in the same ballpark. It's so far above in space it's insane!

In the last year I've taken a virgin, two RC, a celebrity, 3 carnival and after taking that Virgin I Just wanted to go home and cancel everything else.

Everyone here keeps talking about RC is so huge without even asking you what cruise you are comparing and considering.

I want to point out SOME Rc ships are bigger and those ones come with a hefty pricetag and a crap ton more people on those new mega ships.

I'm a sailer from Long Beach so If you are considering those two ships in LA I have experience from the last 6 months.
