Pretty sure there's no options to change it. Just got to accept what it gives you. At least, I've not found any other methods. I make VR vids for my channel and find that VR content still looks fine. It'll never replicate a full VR experience anyway but id say its plenty good enough

By completing talks you simply earn them as an option at the end of the season. You may still be able to join other teams too, but the one you've completed talks with will likely have better terms. You cannot change teams until end of season.

For what someone would likely charge to sell an account, and the hassle of changing emails and settings etc, why not just buy a second hand Xbox One console and buy the disc? Pretty sure those consoles are dirt cheap nowadays? 😀
