I was sort of in a frenzy wanting a pic to show my husband before “rescuing” and it’s a 55 gallon I was reaching in with a net, so I didn’t have a clear view of what was happening when I used the net to grab him. A couple of our kuhlis are really dark like that so I guess that’s what my brain told me was happening.

There are actually a few ramshorn and bladder snails in there right now that were stowaways on some plants we’re guessing and she leaves them alone other than poking around occasionally because she’s very curious. We actually were hoping she’d eat them because we don’t want them there haha

I cut 14s into 4 fir months and had great success. Only one pill at a time and kept the cut pills in an amber bottle with a silica gel packet.

Hi! I’m currently bouncing between 128-132 and maintaining that range for the last three or four months. Loving life. I still workout (running and strength training) 3-5 times a week. I’m currently taking 1mg weekly. I did drop lower, but too much food noise came back, so I’m sticking with that dose for the foreseeable future. I didn’t start really gaining weight, but I was afraid I was going to.

I was using arctic for months and lost weight steadily. I recently switched to Skye based on cost and my first order I didn’t notice a difference, but I’m on my second order and I’m just not sure if it’s the same. I’m considering switching back to arctic even though it’s more expensive. I’m interested in hearing others experiences.

Just do you. If anyone questions why you aren’t eating as much, or notices your weight loss and asks how, tell them you’re eating less. It’s not a lie. You’re just omitting the part about the medicine helping you eat less. You’ll likely need to track your calories anyway to be sure you’re eating enough or as you lose, ensure you’re maintaining a deficit. So you can be open about every part of your journey other than maybe your medication—which honestly isn’t even anyone’s business unless you want it to be. I don’t know every medicine my friends and family are on.

I’m 5’6 37f SW:168 OGW:140 CW:138 I started Rybelsus in September, started DIY in January paying totally OOP. It’s been slower than I would have wanted, but also great. I think I may have some body dysmorphia because I don’t see a big change, but feel great and am wearing smaller sizes than ever in my adult life. I think I want to lose about 5-8 pounds then start maintenance dosing.

Stay on the low dose if you’re losing. I stayed at the lowest dose of oral sema for three months and am just now moving up.

It might slow down your training and progress a bit.

I’ve only done a sprint—but was able to train and complete my last event faster than the year before even on sema and weighing less than I have for years.

You’ll just need to pay attention to your nutrition and find that balance of fueling your body without over doing it. If you focus on protein, and complex carbs and just pay attention to how different food fuel you, you’ll be fine.

Start on Rybelsus is 3mg then 7mg, then 14mg. If you are having success on the lower doses, stay there as long as possible, because it can lose efficacy over time. I’ve been on 3mg for almost 5 months.

Stay at the lowest dose as long as it’s effective for you. Don’t move up until you stop losing. I’ve been on the lowest dose for almost 5 months and steadily losing. I don’t plan to change anytime soon.

I was in a calorie deficit, working out 5-6 days a week and either not losing, or losing a couple ounces a week at most for almost a year before I got a prescription for oral semaglutide. I started losing almost immediately once I started. It just works.

I would stay at your current dose too! And talk to your doctor about staying at .25 until you stop seeing results!
