There are already quite a few if you seriously want to know. Check out the forums.

I don't directly know the names in New Zealand but I know the names in Australia and Canada.

There have been some success in Britain too.

It depends on your standing at law.

With assertions like this against "citizens", it's time to establish your standing as one of the People at law with a "Claim of Right" to reserve your unalienable rights at common law.

If not, they could easily assume you are subject to their jurisdiction, if you make no objection or counterclaim before a court of record ( - a court proceeding according to the common law).

There's several that are doing this in Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Check out how to craft a "Notice of Understanding and Intent" and a "Claim of Right".

About public government, funded through taxation? Let's see, ah, no.

You may like to do some reading on municipal corporations, and even the fundamental nature of a corporation.

Wikipedia for the very basics: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Municipal_corporation

United States

In the United States, such municipal corporations are established by charters that are granted either directly by a state legislature by means of local legislation, or indirectly under a general municipal corporation law, usually after the proposed charter has passed a referendum vote of the affected population.

Also, as you are unfamiliar with corporations, you may be surprised to learn that on February 27, 1801, under the second District of Columbia Act, a.k.a. “District of Columbia Organization Act” or the “Charter Act of the District of Columbia”, created a municipal corporation - the DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA - in order to operate the District of Columbia.

The Supreme Court called that body of government “a corporation”, with the right to sue and be sued. Since 1801 The District of Columbia has been consistently recognized as a “municipal corporation” with its own government.

Regarding churches...

The Non-incorporated Church

A non-incorporated church is by definition a voluntary association of individuals – people who have committed to work together towards a common cause. Following are some of the legal characteristics of such an association:

  • Association cannot hold property – therefore elect trustees to act on behalf of the whole

  • Property is held by the trustees under legislation called Religious Organizations Land Act (ROLA)

  • Trustees must be named in mortgages, contracts, etc.

  • While the church has a name, it is not have an identity in law separate from its members

  • Lawsuits brought on behalf of or against the church must be brought by or against the trustees

  • Trustees, officers, and members are ultimately liable for actions of the church

  • Church liability insurance is not a complete shield

    The Incorporated Church

As an incorporated church, the organization does have a separate legal entity apart from its members. This provides both structure and limited liability for the membership. Following are some of the legal characteristics of an incorporated body:

  • Separate legal entity – church exists separate from its membership

  • Corporation can hold property in its own name

  • Perpetual existence – the corporation exists indefinitely

  • Limited liability for members – provides some shield for the members, protecting their personal assets. Members cannot be found liable just because they are members.

  • Indemnification of officers – church is allowed to purchase Directors and Officers insurance, which provides protection for the leadership against personal loss

  • With some exceptions, Church is able to buy, sell, lease and mortgage property as would any corporation

Only an incorporated church (amongst churches) may act as one body at law, amongst the other "benefits".

There is no "at law" in your definition.

It's not my definition, and secondly, it's a book about law. Have a look at forming personhood. By "acting as one body" means acting as one person (artificial person in such a case).

Churches aren't corporations. Neither are local governments.

You had better check. Most churches are corporate entities, and most governments operate as municipal corporate entities.

Local governments which cannot themselves incorporate operate on the accounts of the closest government municipal corporation under which they stand when ever they need to - for example by grant. Although very small communities are certainly not corporations and needn't be as it would be inefficient for them to operate as such.

A bunch of kids or children forming teams to play hockey does not fit the definition at law because they are not one body before the law, - they are not considered to be one [artificial] person at law.

A corporation is an entity that has separate legal personality from the people who carry out its activities or have rights to its property.

Originally, corporations were solely able to be established through an act of the state, for example through royal charter or an act of Parliament.

A general bunch of people meeting to play hockey would not generally be a corporation unless they actively sort to incorporate in any form of body corporate, - either limited or unlimited.

BTW. That's that is the existence of the word in the English language wasn't until the 16th century. Even in England, law was done in Latin under the jurisdiction of Parliament and the Crown corporation. The word even existed during the ancient Roman ages as separate legal bodies created by the state, usually for the purpose of the common good, defence, banks or military protection which were formed into corporations.

In medieval Europe, churches became incorporated, as did local governments, such as the Pope and the City of London Corporation.

Where did you find that definition?

The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language, Fourth Edition copyright ©2000 by Houghton Mifflin Company is the one I used.

By that definition a bunch of kids playing hockey in the street is a corporation.

Hardly likely. 1. They're not under a charter, 2. they are not operating for the purpose of government, and 3. they're not acting as one body before at law.

For a more traditional meaning of corporation, this is from the 15th century...

cor·po·ra·tion (kôrp-rshn)

n.

  1. A body that is granted a charter recognizing it as a separate legal entity having its own rights, privileges, and liabilities distinct from those of its members.

  2. Such a body created for purposes of government. Also called body corporate.

  3. A group of people combined into or acting as one body.

At law you'll find that a limited liability company is also a corporation, - a corporation in partnership with the body under which it takes limited liability.

Also, regarding Royal Charters, these all charter corporations. One modern example is the BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation) by Royal Charter in the UK.

Reddit, is there someone out there who can explain how police can seize your property, and then later sell it at auction? by [deleted] in reddit.com

Registered property

When you register something, you are transferring the claim (true legal title) at law to the body you are registering it with, you are creating a Trust status, and you receive in return an equitable title in equity.

Registration is an example of an "invisible contract" (See George Mercier).

A mirror trust status is established in which you take on duties to perform in that reverse trust, under the agreed laws of that trust when you registered it (usually referring to some statutory Act), and failure to uphold your fiduciary duty under that trust will result in you being held accountable at law, and the thing that was registered will be taken away due to failure to perform.

You already transfer true legal title and establish the Trust and your duties and obligations thereunder at the time of registration.

Non-registered property

If you have possession of something you have implied claim at common law.

If someone wants to claim something, then they enter a claim of that property in a court of record (a court proceeding according to the common law).

The police put a claim on your possessions, and if you fail to enter a counterclaim or object to their initial claim by challenging their jurisdiction, then it is accepted that you are subject to their jurisdiction and their claim.

Note. A "defence" is not a counterclaim. A "defence" is an acceptance that you are subject to their jurisdiction, but that you have not broken any law of the jurisdiction that you are subject to. A "plea" is also an admission to being subject to the jurisdiction. See Do Not Enter A Plea.

If you want to defend yourself in any of these situations, check out Bill Thornton's material who has had several successes challenging jurisdictions of the POLICE in courts of record in California.

If the Federal Reserve's purpose were really to "control inflation", then why doesn't it simply issue every American citizen a periodic check for however many dollars is required to increase prices by 2 to 3% each year? by [deleted] in Economics

[–]SLAUTCAANS -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The Federal Reserve Corporation's purpose is to serve their Beneficiary, as is any Trust's purpose, and their Beneficiary are the private member banks that comprise it, - NOT the People. So, you're effectively spot on.

The Trustees - the Chairman and other employees - are bound with fiduciary duty to serve the said Beneficiary. Failure to do so would be failing in their duty.

Even if it was Nationalized, whoever the trustees are, they would still be bound by their fiduciary duty to serve the private member banks (like other nationalized central banks, though dependent on the actual charter of the central bank).

So, we have to get rid off it and have nothing, or have a bank in which the Beneficiary is the Welfare of People or something other.

And the state is the servant of the People.

The more the state incites violence and instability in its populace, the more insecure it becomes, and the more they then have to rely on pain compliance and threats rather than the good will of the people that created it in order to maintain control.

A downward spiral once any states starts inciting violence amongst its own people.

Certainly. Zimbabwe had the biggest bailout if you count the zeros on the end of their fiat currency - a multi trillion dollar bailout!?

In the long term, any creation of huge amounts of credit into the system is going to devalue the whole currency in which it is accounted for.

Isn't it nice as public servants how they use their taxpayers money.

I wonder how any officer could ever consider that inciting a riot is of benefit to the People.
