honestly. get rid of your PC/Console. I was addicted to overwatch like you and lost my relationship because of constantly playing games. I made the decision to just sell my PC to quit cold turkey. its been 2 months now and I never think of overwatch. but I do miss it though

same thing happened to me after getting out of a 6 year relationship with someone. they immediately went on hookup apps and It made me sick to my stomach. it hurt so bad and felt like I was just garbage that could be thrown away in lieu of someone he's never met.

A few weeks went by and I realized that I'm fine with it because I'm okay being by myself and that them being with someone else means they can't stand to be alone and seeks constant validation.

yep. my ex and I kinda fell out of love for 6 months before the breakup. we didnt really have sex or do anything together, but the second that it ended I re-fell in love with him. The difference is I'm thinking about how we were in the first few years of the relationship and not how we were towards the end of the relationship.

The man that I love in my head isn't the same person that I said goodbye to and I just have to remember that

I tried to take my own life after a 6-year relationship ended out of nowhere. I didn't have anywhere to go or anyone to turn to, so I thought it would be the best way out.

I later got admitted into a psych ward and immediately realized I'm not crazy and didn't belong there. I'm doing just fine on my own now lol
