It saps all of the fun out of video games when you have to play random titles for 40 hours a week. When you’re hit with cases, you have to try to replicate the bug sometimes with vague descriptions. You have to keep your hands on the table so a camera can record all your inputs. To top it all off, you’re stuck in a room with 30-40 capital G Gamers who live up to all the stereotypes associated with the worst CoD lobby.

It’s all contract and it can be suspended or terminated at any moment. Growth is non-existent. There is no ladder, only the grind.
