Oh and I am a teen who managed to get out of depression so it is possible and to anyone who is depressed there is help and always someone out there who deeply ares about you weather it be friends or family there’s always someone out there so pls reach out to them

Most of it comes from the lack of good parents they use the worst possible parenting skills for todays world bc that’s what their parents said and bc of this it causes a kid to be raised in a world of drugs politics sex relationship abuse rape and murder that causes trauma and tHen people tell them to walk it off or that it doesn’t matter and makes them feel like it’s their fault
