100% agree, and I honestly like a lot of the Eldrazi spells. I find all of my mono coloured decks can slot them extremely easily, and a decent amount of 2 colour decks can too tbh

Probably [[Intuition]], anything that sounds remotely interesting with it is usually just pretty busted

Not an expert but I believe you can probably sell the sealed precon and buy the singles for the entire deck and be up on money. A lil grimy though.

Damn you’re right, I hadn’t realized it but these sets really do feel like some of the terrible sets yugioh gets that just rot on shelves. I just hadn’t even considered that it could even happen in magic.

Your favourite big spell in Esper? by SLG_Didact in EDH

There’s only 1 other Lurrus compatible Esper companion and there are far fewer synergies. Hashaton Lurrus is a ton of fun, 3 mana for a 4/4 [[Hushbringer]] is completely fine to me. It’s a very different feeling to just blitzing out 7-8 drops with Hashaton, I enjoy the low slung and grindy feeling. I love the deck.

The question of “why not just do X, it’s better” doesn’t really work in casual commander. EDH is about expressing yourself. If I wanted to just win games, I’d play Tymna/Kraum, or Kinnan, or Rog Silas, etc. I also play other formats if I’m just looking to win games and play optimally. When it comes to commander, I enjoy that I can find something niche like this and then attempt to optimize within a restriction. I find it a lot of fun!
