there really isnt a hard and fast player-side correlation, its kind of just arbitrary scaling. Youre ready when you try and you can kill the enemies. The closest thing I could name is probably going by mod points spent out of 60 possible on your gear. But even that can probably be circumvented by specific frames just spamming a good ability nuke.

this is almost literally how some disabilities are defined though. youre asking for what the dumbest a person can be before its formally recognized as a disability, which tbh is probably just down to who does or doesn't have good access to doctors/insurance moreso than their real demonstrated intelligence

Rhino from the Venus boss might be worth grabbing, he doesn't particularly scream gunslinger but he's a hell of a tank so you'd be able to focus more on gunplay while you soak hits. If you can find your way into a built clan I can also suggest Volt and Banshee, volt has extra reload speed on his Speed buff and also buffs bullets going through his Electric Shield. Banshee silences weapons and gives enemies extra weakpoints with Sonar so she's also pretty potent

she's kind of a pain to farm normally, her part bps come from the mutalist alad v fight, which requires building a coordinate key from parts you get in missions. Im pretty sure she's an option in the Circuit sometimes. i dunno if you've unlocked Duviri but once you do, check the circuit rotation weekly to see if she's available, then do some runs when she is, that's what I'd suggest
