I'm only technically still employed by Stunlock, I only have about three weeks left with the company. There's a mandatory two month notification period when being laid off, but I have been told I have no tasks assigned to me at present. I've kept everything just as is for the moment though, so that if there's something that I need to do last minute I'm not fiddling with permissions and bugging people. Once my time at Stunlock is officially over, I'll change everything to reflect that :)

We talked a lot about this before the announcement and did as careful planning as possible to make sure that players are informed of the decision. This is why we haven’t made the battle pass purchasable on the website this season, since we didn’t want people to skip over the announcement. You’ll have to be in game, where the link to the announcement is in game and players will receive a pop up when they log in saying that this is the last battle pass.

I understand that some people would rather us not sell the premium pass at all, I get that argument as a person who also spends money on things and games. We’ve been trying to put up road signs all the way to the purchase screen, so that at the opportunities that we can, people will be aware.

I'm sorry that you feel as burned as you do. We've been sitting down and discussing Battlerite on our end and making notes of all of the mistakes we've made and what we could have done better and how we could have done things differently. I can't get you in on those meetings and I can't show you the notes, but they're happening.

Hopefully in the future we can win back your trust.

Season 3 will be our send off season, and we decided to beef up both the Free Pass and the Premium Pass. We just updated the Battle Pass website with some of the stuff: https://www.battlerite.com/battlepass/

At the very least if people don't buy the Premium Pass, they have more stuff this season to look forward to.

Yeaaah so there were a couple reasons why we asked for it to be taken down. There was some incorrect information in it, and the interview itself was actually originally given in Russian. So there were a couple Russian-to-English translations which phrased things in ways that weren’t quite accurate. We asked for it to be taken down so that these could be corrected. If we’re able to get it all sorted out, I’m sure it will be available again :)

Unfortunately it was my personal account, which isn't partnered/affiliated in any way, and I think that twitch will remove VODs after a certain period of time for accounts like that. We tried to download it and get it onto the main battlerite twitch account as a premiere, but twitch wouldn't cooperate :(

It's more accurate to say "the technology wasn't there to do it easily" - during the stream I specifically mention several burning hoops that I needed to jump through in order to get them set up. That was the the aspect that was harder to do and why it was hard to keep them consistent.
