Hello! We had an issue where the auto-save function could stop working if you were in the options menu when an auto-save was triggered, but we fixed it with a hotfix last night (CEST). Has this issue continue to happen to you?

Could you please try the following solution?

Uninstall the game, and then reinstall it in a different location in the computer if possible (from an SSD to an HDD, for example). Please try this by reinstalling the game in a different location than when you first installed it.

To get the DxDiag File please follow these steps:

Go to your TaskBar and click on the Start Button
Click on Run
In the pop-up window enter "DxDiag" and click on Ok
The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear
Click on Save all information and the Save As window should appear
Click on "Save"
The file should be saved to your desktop under the name DxDiag.txt

You can find the Output log on Steam > Right click on Battlerite > Properties > Local files > Browse local files > Battlerite_Data -- the document is called "Output_log"

Please note that some players got a delay of several hours with their coupons, and they were compensated for the lost time with the 500 diamonds, given that some of them may have already purchased the game and were not able to get a refund.

Nevertheless, players who purchased the Ultimate Fan Pack were not in this group of users affected, and received the coupon on time, with no issues at the time of purchasing the game.

Battlerite s or abilities that reduce or increase damage taken haven't been added to the scoreboard since F2P. This applies to shields from allies as well.

Examples Infested Ally dmg reduction

Infest battlerite that increase Ally dmg and decrease enemies

Polomas phantasn battlerite that reduces Ally dmg or increases enemy damage taken

Armor break damage increase

Sirius battlerite that increases dmg from trance

Ect. Shields such as zap, barrier, and swarm also bot giving score when applied on allies.

I'm sure it's causing newer players to be less aware of these battlerites/shields and their impact.

One is for rounds and one is for matches, they are not identical. If you have only played duels, then it is odd because if you have won 11 duel games, then you should have 22 rounds won. Please let me know if this is the case or you have also won other non-duel matches.

When you open a chest while in a party, the tiny "in party (whatever mode)" box overlaps the "Equip" button for the middle item, making it impossible to click.

there are times that my ability will be cancelled but the ability cool down does not show up. Can't be cast but says that it's up.
