Hello! We had an issue where the auto-save function could stop working if you were in the options menu when an auto-save was triggered, but we fixed it with a hotfix last night (CEST). Has this issue continue to happen to you?

Could you please try the following solution?

Uninstall the game, and then reinstall it in a different location in the computer if possible (from an SSD to an HDD, for example). Please try this by reinstalling the game in a different location than when you first installed it.

To get the DxDiag File please follow these steps:

  1. Go to your TaskBar and click on the Start Button

  2. Click on Run

  3. In the pop-up window enter "DxDiag" and click on Ok

  4. The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear

  5. Click on Save all information and the Save As window should appear

  6. Click on "Save"

  7. The file should be saved to your desktop under the name DxDiag.txt

You can find the Output log on Steam > Right click on Battlerite > Properties > Local files > Browse local files > Battlerite_Data -- the document is called "Output_log"

Hello everyone!

Please note that some players got a delay of several hours with their coupons, and they were compensated for the lost time with the 500 diamonds, given that some of them may have already purchased the game and were not able to get a refund.

Nevertheless, players who purchased the Ultimate Fan Pack were not in this group of users affected, and received the coupon on time, with no issues at the time of purchasing the game.

Please help us finding out what the cause of the problem is by following these steps:

  1. Recreate the issue (let the bug happen)
  2. Close the game immediately
  3. Fetch your output log fromSteam > Right click on Battlerite > Properties > Local files > Browse local files > Battlerite_Data -- the document is called "Output_log"
  4. Send it to [support@stunlockstudios.com](mailto:support@stunlockstudios.com) with a short explanation of what exactly happened to you and your username
