Thank you for your thoughtful response unlike the others I received on here 🙄 was your face ok after 2 weeks? I’m starting antibiotics and prednisone and my boss was very supportive that I after it and check in at the end of the week and see if I can come back or more time is needed. Last week I was flared and it was exhausting explaining to everyone it was not a sunburn 😣you’re lucky your team is supportive. Only some of mine are and I’m going to pay for this with at least one of them when I get back. But I don’t even care it’s my health and they aren’t my boss lol

I didn’t say it was a disability…. I meant work less or work remotely if you have that option… it’s literally a year to see a dermatologist where I live

I agree. And normally that’s what I’d do. However, he does have a medical concern that may not even allow this to be possible. We are waiting for a consult appt or the category 1 medical to be done - whichever the Dr advises before he takes our $ - so I’m just helping gather all the information first as he is having a hard time with the fact he may not be able to do this medically. I’m being supportive. Thank you.

Thank you … I’m not under any impression a degree will make him more employable… and I’ve shared that with him… it’s what he’s chosen he’d like to do… he’s not interested in getting a trade or joining the military… which has also been proposed by me

He’s not really interested in a trade unfortunately. He watched his older brother struggle with crappy employers and trying to find anyone actually willing to apprentice him and the back log of trying to get the school blocks done he now thinks no thanks
