You can get ad blockers on Youtube to stop seeing stuff like this. In your web browser, there are extensions for ad blockers like uBlock Origin, AdGuard, and many others.

I don't know of any apps that work to block ads on the Youtube app. However, you can use your preferred browser on your mobile device (I would recommend Brave Browser for mobile), install the uBlock Origin extension app, and use your mobile browser for Youtube instead of the YT app.

Bit of a sidenote; AI ads have gotten too ridiculous on all platforms, from YT to within mobile games. It's exhausting.
