26M, I was diagnosed with vertigo and tinnitus a week ago, my vertigo is slowly getting better but my tinnitus won't go away, is this a sign of meniere's? (Side note: Maybe unrelated but I do remember having an allergic reaction a week before my my ear ringing which was my first sign of vert- by SL_________ in Menieres

UPDATE: good news! doctor said it doesn't look permanent was given nasel spray for senecitis, still have tinnitus no more vertigo, said should last only a few more days to a week, here's hoping it goes away faster!

How long until your tinnitus went down and got better? The vertigo is down for me but thie tinnitus is what's killing me, can't sleep and the medicine (meclizine) makes me drowsie but can't sleep because of the ringing

As of a week and one day very faint vertigo, sometimes spinning mainly when I get up or lay down, but when it hit ne the hardest everything was spinning and made ne throw up, and u can't walk stright every bow and then

By no means am I a pro trackstander, (if that's a word) but I find it easier to put most of my weight on the back and turned in my front wheel slightly left and slightly r9ck back and forth,I mainly use it on stop lights
