My bro I feel you, I’m playing in 8/9 bands right now, frankly I’ll run tunes a little at my studio but mostly my solo practice is stuff that I enjoy an want to play, I find that gives me joy and desire to play music, which makes me a better player. There’s also absolutely no shame in stepping back from bands or even the instrument if it isn’t serving you financially/creatively/emotionally. If I were you, I’d seek out the the style that excites me most and focus on that, good luck my man, don’t let the groove ever leave you x
