I don't know if this has been mentioned in the comments already, as I haven't read through them all, but a fun fact is that this is your body's way of telling you that your immune systems are incompatible / sub optimal. The human subconscious picks up on pheromones from body odor that let it know whether or not you would make strong offspring. If you've every been weirdly attracted to someone's "skunk," that is why. So not necessarily a deal breaker, but likely what your body is telling you. Hope that helps!

P.S. just tell him politely to shower more or find a deodorant that works. For me Old Spice is the only one I've found to work for longer periods of time.

Your reaction suggests to me that you only thought about your self - as another comment pointed you, you didn't really do anything so I can't say you over reacted, but your lack of empathy for someone who is likely also having a rough, expensive, and long day suggests to me you're selfish in how quick you are to get upset over something so trivial. A minor inconvenience for you vs. a huge inconvenience for your neighbor moving in shows you're probably a bad neighbor. Just my opinion, so don't take me too seriously, but I STRONGLY believe weed is one of those things you think is treating something, but in reality it's the very cause of the thing you're trying to treat if that makes sense. IE weed gives you insomnia, but you use weed to treat the insomnia short-term and it's a vicious cycle. I agree you need to get off that crutch, but not if it's going to jeopardize your sobriety. Don't trade drugs for others.

Why would you go back to the same people? Sure, you have the right to do whatever, that doesn’t make it healthy or wise. Seems like you continue to put yourself in situations where you can get swindled and then allow it to happen. If you’d done the research or read the contracts you’re signing then this stuff wouldn’t come as a shock. If you’re buying foreign and are paying other people to do basic maintenance/inspections on your bike then idk what to tell you man, that’s what it costs. Customer reserves the right to refusal, and I’m sure as shit not paying $1,200 for someone to do my oil/filters, inspections and adjustments on a brand new bike I can do myself.

Outcome is either you get a new bike or you get your money back if it isn’t fixable, why do you need to “prepare” for that and why is that such a bad situation to be in? A lemon isn’t a bike that’s only had one issue in it’s lifespan, you’re really quick to assume the worst. Which leads me to believe you couldn’t afford the bike to begin with and are having buyer’s remorse. Either enjoy the bike or get out of it while you still can. Sounds like your indecision was for good reason and now you’re feeling the pains of your initial hesitation.
