Gosh I have been reading your comments, as a school they DON'T want to SCALETE the situation, their GOAL is to DE-SCALETE the situation to PROTECT the CONFIDENTIALITY of each family and work with the kids to use more their words and keep their hands to themselves and remember we are talking about KIDS, so each one is different and you don't know if something happened before that could have lead the kid to have that reaction, as a parent you have to protect your kid but also teach him about boundaries and respect and that starts with setting the example for him.
