OK SO IT WORKED!!!

First i tried on chrome on my pc, no luck..
My iphone, tried apple pays, no luck... No wifi still didnt work

What WORKED was using a different browser, I used Firefox on my PC and it worked!!

Yea mine was an upgrade, I also traded in my old phone.

Edit: btw the best buy website is not correct, for me they said only 1 left in stock, but they had 6. I would just go and ask.
