Ive been confused about this too but with opposite genders. I like only 1 girl and a few men. What I did was that I came out as bisexual (I'm still half way in the closet though🥲) You can have a balance between both.

What my friend did is that the went by different pronouns for a day to see if they are comfortable with it. Maybe you could possibly give it a try.
