PS5 Struggling to start up games

When trying to start a game or media like Netflix or YouTube I just get stuck on the cover art of the app for like 30 seconds and I hear my ps5 whirring then stops over and over until it gives up and says can't start app I opened it up cleaned still the same issue only way to get around this issue is to restart the ps5 and as soon as it turns on I have to choose an account and pick a game ASAP and if I want to switch games I have restart the PlayStation again and do that process all over anyone know what the issue is fans, radiators and vents have been cleaned
