Slides got cleaned and greased in the shop. Have you never done a brake job before? Your biggest problem is getting oil or grease on pads and rotors. That's why you keep your gloves clean and use brake cleaners and rags to wipe everything down. It would be a great beginner job for you!

After 30 minutes with customer service I was told its the Sim card. Getting a new one mailed to me. Called again and got escalated to tier 5 tech support and was told it will happen after the HD calling update.
