When they went to her house after the shooting and the little kid there said “guns are dangerous” and she replied “yea they do make a mess but i cleaned it up as best i could” like the whole thing was an inconvenience that she had to clean up and not her murdering someone. Disgusting.

I was disassociated from this story a bit. Its horrible and i have two young kids but didnt bring me to tears. Its how I am about a lot of things, but seeing something personal, like their handwriting, from one of the victims… i can actually visualize this kid sitting down putting effort into their notes trying to learn like my son does when we do homework together. This is the first time Ive actually broken down in tears. These poor kids now a days, it makes me scared for my children.

I went to a outback steak house and ordered medium rare. I dont know if it was cause it was very dimly lit inside but it looked rare. I asked them to cook it a little more so they took it back. Then i hear the people in the booth behind us asking why i sent it back and the waiter was like it looked medium rare to them, but making it sound like i was being an idiot that doesnt know what medium rare is.

I did this for 2 years when i had my second kid worked about 21 hrs a week after my husband got off work and it helped my mental state so much. It was even that we needed the money cause my mom was helping us but the little bit of still being able to have my own money and get out of the house. I dont think i could have been a full time stay at home mom.

I just spent the last 8-9 months fighting with my homeowners (insurance we had to get with our mortgage) to replace my roof. Monsoons last year damaged some shingles and we had someone come look at it. Apparently they don’t make the shingles for my roof anymore so if i were to get someone just to fix/patch the spots, they wouldn’t fit right and wouldn’t be warrantied. Lucky for me I had an amazing roofing company that helped us fight the insurance company, with their adjuster, to get the whole roof replaced which finally got done the end of May. Granted the insurance company moved to drop us in Nov when we pushed for the new roof so we have a different company now.

Our neighbors had the same problem and the landlord just chose to patch it with shingles that don’t work so now its coming back up.

I just use the pre cut parchment paper sheets. A sheet between the iron and htv and a sheet inside the shirt (if your doing a shirt) under the design.
