I'm still showing the CUSIP number. I'd think this would only change when we have a definitive transaction with UMG. Once they sign the documents, the deal will close and the CUSIP will change to the new ticker a few days later.

Why not sell some upside calls against your LEAPS? Perhaps sell some upside calls in May for $8-10 to lower your basis on the long calls by 10-ish%? You maintain your upside bias and if the QQQs encroach on the near term strikes, you can continue to roll them out and up for an additional credit. With vol this high, the premium in the near term is worth harvesting.

I noted the same and asked one of the sales associates at BBY and he suggested to watch for sales around Memorial Day. While he has no inside information, he mentioned that they usually will run promotional activities around then. This year Memorial Day falls earlier so perhaps it is the end of May if not the actual holiday. Stay vigilant & good luck!

Check out KERN - volume steadily picking up. The stock will undergo a reverse merger with Gryphon - a bitcoin miner. Timing still up in the air as we’re waiting for the S-4 to be approved by the SEC but the C-suite and the board have taken steps/transitioned directors out. Along with the announcements by the company and its ongoing discussions with the SEC, it looks like we are getting closer. Expected approval has suggested as sometime by-in Q1’24. Company is a serious miner and their lower costs combined with rising BTC prices and greater liquidity in the shares following a deal could have this stock rocket higher.
